Olympic torch relay

    Planning to go to the torch relay celebrations as it passes through my town tomorrow, weather should be good, maybe a few drinks and then labrinths playing...hopefully a good afternoon/evening :cool: anybody else going to the event where they live?

    Yeah totally rocking it in Portsmouth! Why not it wont happen again in UK for centuries! Only worried that the torch bearer might get mugged... As you can't have shiney things on display down here without having it "socially liberated" in no time. Doesn't matter if the law are there or not..... :eek:
    It isn't here until July though!

    Where are you seeing it? I'm probably going to go to the Bath road and catch it there.

    I went to the race course, was a good atmosphere but expensive drinks! yeah i heard bath road was busy, have a good evening?

    Yeah i've never seen it so busy. It was ok cheers i left pretty much straight after it went past and had a run home in the sun, absolutely brutal ha!
