Close all media accounts. Throw your smart phone in the toilet. Buy up gold and bury it in the woods. Apply tinfoil hat. Win.

Nokia bricks have always been and still are the way forward. Time to set fire to my smartphone ;) And fitbit and everything else of course!

I would like to think I could but burning an £800+ plus phone seems insane...I will dream about being that caring about my safety though!

I had a fitbit once, bought it from the duty free at gatwick airport. I returned it after like 3 weeks because the HR wasn't entirely accurate and the steps and stuff weren't entirely accurate either
And it replaced my trusty g shock which I wasn't happy with

Definitely. My 2003 vintage Nokia isn't a brick though. It's smaller than most mobiles. And it's 'smart' too. If someone dials my number, it rings. Battery lasts about seven days between recharges. No annoying updates either. It's very liberating to not be digitally connected all the time. More people should try it.

None of them are accurate but it is better than the step count on my phone so since I only have a slim band (no screen on it at all) I quite like it for just giving me an idea and reminding me that sitting at my computer does not get me any steps at all. -banghead-

The one I still have has snake on it and the bowling game...what more could anyone ever ask for?

Last night I watched a TV doc about the rise and fall of Nokia. The developers of the game rather pleasingly referred to Snake as Worm. :)
