Aight thanks for the help guys,



Yeah i've been doing press ups everyday, as well as pullups/sit ups ups every other day

Press ups, 25

Sit ups, 60

Pull ups: 4

Bodyweight exercises are a lot harder when your bigger than most people haha.
That’s good fella keep at it!!

We have something in common there then haha what heigh/weight are you?

Just keep at it fell you’ll get there!

Post your daily workouts in the “your last session workout” if you have any issues with your workouts wether it be struggling or just general advice to improve there’s plenty of people on this forum who will do their best to help!
