I've been running and doing a lot of squats, squats jumps.

Running out in this cold weather in shorts.

Now every time I lift my leg up around 90 degree's towards my ass while standing I get this pain in the side my my knee?

Anyone had the same, if so what did you to sort out this shitty problem?

Thanks in advanced

It could be quite a few things. LCL strain, meniscus (probably not), could also be ITB. Either go see someone or RICE.

Lay down put one leg out straight and the over one over it with the foot as close to your bum as possible. One leg will be straight the other will be an upside down 'v'. You should feel your flutes and hip flexors stretching. Although the isn't where the pain is, it is these muscles you want to stretch to help with itb etc. also try using a foam roller, it's probably because your muscles are tight
