Alright lads, passed my PRMC first time this week, anyone get any questions hit me up

Well done mate, that’s great to hear. Few questions spring to mind. I recall hearing the return time for the 1.5 mile is different t what it was when I initially joined?

Also, is the bleep test still conducted in the hanger on the drill square or back in the gymnasium?

How was bottomfield and endurance course? Curious to if it’s just the same destruction as 2 years ago haha.

Is the swimming element pass or fail now? I feel so out of the loop-banghead-

Well done buddy

Yes the return 1.5 mile is 11.15 cut off time, the bleep test was conducted in the gym, bottom field was horrid and the endurance course, we didn’t do the 4 mile run back to camp, however we did exercises and circuits at every station along the course

George 2002, make sure you’re legs are ready, you’ll need it for Thursday especially, eat everything you can at every opportunity you can and add a load of salt to it, this will prevent any cramps on bottom field, on the assault course practise, go slow to save your energy because you go straight into the timed on right after it, help everyone out, stay at the front for bottomfield and endurance course and you’ll smash it, what’s your stats like?

What dictates whether or not you do the 4 mile run back?
Who knows! How hard you've worked, the mood of the TT etc. etc. Just train for the worst and that means going on long runs up to around 8 miles, due to the fact that with the BF in the morning and the EC in the afternoon, that will give you the mileage in your legs to see you through the day.
