Who knows! How hard you've worked, the mood of the TT etc. etc. Just train for the worst and that means going on long runs up to around 8 miles, due to the fact that with the BF in the morning and the EC in the afternoon, that will give you the mileage in your legs to see you through the day.What dictates whether or not you do the 4 mile run back?
