I've still been training with it on the incline, but a hell of a lot easier without, was pushing the speed to 20kmph for the last 200m, wish idve gone quicker though!

9:21 is a great time on the treadmill, i have my PJFT in a week or so and outside i can do my return around 9:00-9:10, however on the treadmill i'm around 9:50-10:10, hopefully on the day i have motivation and adrenaline on my side! Congratulations on passing anyway!

Congratulations! Also are the treadmills like the regular ones where you set the speed that you want to run at and you have to keep up with it, or are they the ones where your speed shown is based on how fast you're actually running?

Thank you mate! they're the ones where you can set the speed yourself and keep up with the belt mate. I've never been on one which goes on how fast you've run, I saw a video of a lad on YouTube reaching a rapid speed on one of them treadmills your talking about, that's the only time I've actually saw one

Did they start the time from when you got and started increasing the speed or did they let you get to speed first and then start timing you? Also how did you go about it (like did you linger at 14.5 kmh and then hit 20 kmh or did you gradually pick up the pace or did you stick at a better pace and then smash 20 kmh)?

11.7 constant on the first run.

She set it at 14 on the return run but I bumped it up to 15, increased by 0.2 just about after 800m and kept increasing it every minute or so by I don't even know what. Sprinted the last 200m at about 19-19.5kmph brought me in at 9.21
