booked my pjft for next thursday! i can get the time needed, just wondered if you have any tips on speed settings or anythink useful

haha wont be to bad! best time i have done it so far is 7:54 but i nearlly died afterwards haha! going to aim for 8:40

i did my pjft at 16kph, works out at 10mph so u'll get a time of 9 mins (will be bit longer for the treadmill to speed up for me it was 9:10) good luck mate
