    Hi all I am currently training for my PJFT but I just can’t seem to get a good enough return time to ensure I get a place on PRMC I am currently running the return in 9:50 and sometimes more is there any sort of weekly training programme I can use to ensure I am making the grade which in all will guarantee me a place on prmc

    Doing it under 10m 30s gets you a place on PRMC so if you’re doing the return in 9:50 then you’re set. But to get the time down further I did hill sprints, 400-600m intervals and mock pjfts
