alryt lads just wanted to say i passed my PJFT last week with a pretty decent time of 8 mins 20 seconds i now have to go to newcastle for a pre PRMC day on the 14 may, anyone on here going to it?

Hey mate quality time there. do u recall what speed u ran at?? good luck with the prmc.
