a constant speed of 9.9 mph or 15.9 kph will bring you in around 9mins 20sec ish or there abouts, just take care mate if your not used to running that speed at a constant from the start.
As for them treadmills, it would depend on the gym you did your pfjt in mate. Once you find out just give the gym a call and ask them, then that way you can prepare accordingly.

It depends on your local designated fitness club on what type of treadmills they have. Most of the newer clubs have started to opt for mph but if the machine is over 2-3 years old, chances are it will be kph.
But like Shiloh said, the speed is exactly the same and a staff member at the fitness club will tell you what basic speed that you will need to run at.
