after my medical i got my PJFT letter.
Thing is, after reading the letter it says I have passed my interview etc, and i should book my PJFT within 7 days.

Do I go ahead and do this now? or wait until i actually pass my interview, as I haven't had one and it aint until the 19th

just book it on the off chance, you can always cancel mate. better to be safe than sorry!! plus, if they say anything it was them who gave it to you anyway.

i have mine on tuesday, should be fun!

If you've passed medical & been given the PJFT letter, carry on and do it, regardless of whether you have had your selection interview yet.

If your Selection Interview is AFTER your medical (some AFCOs do it the the other way around), and have passed the PJFT before the Interview, it provides some evidence with regard your fitness ability, it just depends how "booked-up" the gym is.
