ive got my pjft on thursday and i dont no how much rest i shud giv myself i was jst thinking do a 1.5 mile run on the treadmill monday and tuesday miss wednesday so im rested for thursday what u rekon lads

Got my pjft in 12hours 28 mins *text deleted*, I havnt ran all week because i didnt wana risk a spreigned ankle or shin splints because knowing my luck i will. I just biked regularly all week, about 10miles a day :)

I'd rest for the 2 days upto it. The body takes on average 48 hours to recover from it's last work out. After 2 days you should be fresh asa daisy and able to blow the field apart =)

i got mine today...

sore throat and cold....
I really should cancel but this is a good time to see how quickly i can run in a *text deleted**text deleted*ty condition...

Also my AFC officer said get used to running drunk.... :)

i hope it was donr slightly faster then that :nunu:

just had my pjft 2day n passed that with a nice time of 9mins 15secs, im well pleased with that

next stage prmc come on!!
