Just got my forms for the PJFT and was wondering how many days rest I should give it before attempting it? I was thinking 2 days should be enough?

I've just realised how far I've come with my training too. 1.5 mile times when like this: 11:40, 11:30, 10:55, 10:05, 9:58, 9:41, now I'm on 9:35 :D

Two days is plenty- the only advice I'd suggest is do a practice run on a treadmill a couple of days beforehand just as a confidence check.

I did a 3 mile best effort on the Tuesday,a 30 slow jog on the Wednesday,a 10 min jog on the Thursday and did the PJFT on the Friday and ran a personal best.

I think its entirely up to you but for me 'something' was better than nothing leading up to the PJFT.
