    Hi all,

I know it's a while away but thought I'd check in to see if anyone else is on the 13-16 October 2019 POC.

Let me know and we can get a group chat going!

    Cheers

Do you know if there is going to be a June POC? Or is this one the next available date?

I specifically asked, in my career discussion interview and the contact that emailed me from AIB, if there would be an extra POC and they have both categorically told me there wouldn't be. I don't know if anyone else has heard differently but this is what I've been told.

I asked to be put on the earliest possible POC for the next intake and this is the date they gave me.

    Hope this helps!

Please exercise caution with setting up groups that do not allow for anonymity, particularly WhatsApp.

There has been incidents in the recent past in which the Police have had cause to investigate individuals with nefarious motives accessing such groups. These individuals pray on the naivety of recruits and pose as recruits themselves.

If you do not know someone be wary inviting them into a group. If you do- please ensure you keep personal information, information about dates, times, places and information about military personnel to a minimum.

Security needs to be at the forefront of your minds.

    Best of luck.

Cheers - needed this info as my AFCO wasn't sure.

This pretty much settles my decision in going down the other ranks route as I don't want to wait another year.

    GL with your app :)
