I’ve had a look on the Facebook page and don’t think there is any group chats, but wouldn’t mind making one, if your keen?

Just be aware that CTC look very closely at social media accounts for potential officers and ORs. They have also been known to join these groups, such as FB and WhatsApp posing as candidates, then confront the OPs at a later date.

Is there any rules about making a pre POC chat?

None at all, but just be aware that the DS monitor these things and sometimes join in, as I've mention in my previous post. You have no way of knowing that the person who is asking to join is in fact a candidate or a member of the DS at CTC.

    Your call

very true!, perhaps it’s best not to create one. Was just an idea to break the nerves and get an understanding of others score etc

You'll have plenty of time at CTC to make contact and get to know others, then you can exchange numbers etc. However, if you're successful and get a place in this year's batch then you will be warned against using social media.

    Good luck

How much RM knowlage should we learn because I've seen someone say they over prepared for RM knowlage and to just learn the basics. What would the basics include, things like
Commando units, where they are, commanding officers.
Some history, memorbal dates and vc winners.
    Ranks and rates.
    Current royal marine deployments.

    thanks

As @Caversham states there is a good probability that someone during the application and selection process will go fishing for examples of poor digital Personal Security (PERSEC) by candidates.

Rarely, someone on a Training Team at CTCRM will misrepresent himself on this forum for the same reason. Amusingly it is often their own lack of sophistication which leads to their rapid detection and eviction from the forum.

Some general advice about PERSEC here:

I'm not sure what scores you'll get for a certain amount of reps but I'm told each exercise has a maximum of 5 points so if you got the max reps in sit ups 85 that will be 5 points for example.

According to those scores you posted I'm on track for a c/b pass but definitely have room for improvement on the mile and a half run. But I have been going on booted runs in the hills as practice for the endurance course. What about yourself.

Around a b pass, had a little niggle in my knee so been reducing the miles but focusing on the other elements

Cool, what do you know about the swim test, I'm not the strongest swimming so I'm thinking it's going to be a hard section
