POC/Selection process

Hi, I'm about to apply to become an officer n I was wondering if anyone else on here has done POC or is about to?

Also, what swimming assessments do you complete in the selection process?

Hey Bart,

I'm in the middle of the application process for Young Officer as well.

I think the swimming assessments you *text deleted* do is a lap of the pool breaststroke, and 3 dives. one off the side, one off the 3m board and 1 off the 3m board but starting with your back to pool and leaning back, going in head first. i got a feeling thats all u *text deleted* do but not 100% positive!
