Hey, in my opinion i dont do a lot of running or at least enough to get shin splints so i dont think thats what i got.. but my fitness tutor has told me i over pronate a lot because my feet point outwards when i run or walk. ad a result of this i have recently been getting a lot of pain on the inside of my calf muscle whenever i run.
Its not so bad i cant run or bare running with it but it causes a lot of discomfort.
anyone know what this might be?
and any ways of making my foot strait when i run insted of turning outwards? Im going to be getting new support trainers soon

When you walk around or run just make a concious effort to keep your feet pointing forward, over time you will then just do it naturally.
