I was just wondering what the guys who've passed RT tend to for PT. Just curious what there focus is I guess

The focus is to remain an all-rounder and robust!

An average week on camp would consist of troop phys in the morning every morning usually either a run or a circuit or perhaps some 'green phys' such as a weighted run or yomp.

Lads then usually crack their own phys in the evenings too usually a good strength session in the gym.
