Hi all

I am a doctor working in London and I’ve done a lot of boxing medicals and medical ringside stuff and some basic health general medical wellbeing checks as well.

I was wondering, I know a lot of people are doing lots of training and prep as part of their preparation for joining up and wondered whether there might be interested in/and market for a having a medical assessment as part of this. Looking to venture out a bit and wondering if this is something that you think people might or might not be interested in interested to hear your thoughts. Would essentially mirror the medical assessment that is currently provided but I guess earlier in the process, with a report and focus on overall health as well as the specifics.

Cheers

Welcome. There are others better qualified than I am to mention appropriate caveats. @The guide might comment if he spots this.

Thanks. Of course, just interested to see if this is something people would want / find useful at all or not.

Aside from echoing the above , an assesment such as this would hold no weight I am afraid, only capita who are contracted to complete medicals ( any change would obviously bring into play contractual issues also) or the Service Medical team opinion have any bearing in entry , unless specified information is required and that is sourced via PMH or specialist reports.

A non-starter I'm afraid.
