Just passed the SIFT interview stage, the only advise I can give that hasn't been given countless times already, is to have 3 or 4 life examples that that demonstrate desirable leaderships skills. (When you lead/failed & learnt/planned etc). Have these examples up your sleeve and, know them inside out so when you are asked an awkward question(you will be!) you already have an semi formed answer. You can't be prepared for every question they may ask, but this will give you good foundation. I was also provided a POC breif, AIB info pack, overview of RMYO training pipeline, and a pre-POC training programme (will post this elsewhere as well). Please find all of the above documents attached as PDF documents.
