Press up tips?

Hello,
I've got my prmc in just over a month,
when doing pressups i can do about 40 in a minute but then my arms just give up.
Any suggestions so that i can keep going for the full 2 mins?

When you have done all you can try and just keep yourself up and suspends yourself it does work.

Yeh edd's right, if you can whack 40 out in 1 minute, dont keep going if your just *text deleted* collapse. Just keep yourself up til you feel you can push out a few more then keep doing that til the 2 mins is up. As long as you dont drop they wont stop you.

Alternatively do them in groups of 5 or 10, pause in the "up" position, then pump out another set. Try to pace yourself over the two minutes without 'loafing' as long as you give your all, that's all they ask.
