Has any1 ever used this site? Does it help to get better at press ups? one hundred push ups

Yep, i posted it in the evil pushups thread as an alternative, found it pretty easy to begin with, now its very difficult, can feel it working tho, my max pushup count has improved, its also easy to fit in to whatever spare time you have!

Yeh u only hav 2 do them 3 times a week. Il give it ago seein as program only lasts 6 weeks. Shud improve And wots the evil russian press ups?

i tried it, didn't work for me. but everyones different, best of giving it a try

Just did them tonight and alltogether did 174 marine press ups. Was *text deleted**text deleted*ed after it tho.
I also did 174 sit ups aswell.
