It makes quite a bit of difference! Half of my 3 miles route is uphill and I really feel it.

The time to pass is 10 minutes flat by the way, it's been changed.

depends if you mean at PRMC or PJFT

PJFT=10:00
PRMC=10:30

pjft is on a treadmill and PRMC is on ground (flat i think) and treadmill is MUCH easier because its making you run :)

you need to stick the treadmill on 15kmh to get under 10 min, i thought it was 14.4 or summit but its not. 15 is the right speed, that clocks in at 9.47. only just made it, 13 seconds to spare. If you can go faster then do, I personally overheat indoors on a treadmill, horrible things they are.

you'll be fine.

hey lads just want to let you know that the pjft is 10:45 not 10 flat. i called the careers office the other day and asked about it because i have been hearing all sorts, but its just the marines prefer it if the 1.5 was done in 10 flat or less

Admin Edit: PJFT is 10 minutes 0 seconds on a treadmill. 3 mile run is 12 mins 30 secs squad run for the first 1.5 miles, under 10 mins 30 secs on the run-back. (You should aim for under 10 mins ideally on the run-back).

It used to be 10 minutes 45 seconds. It's definitely 10 minutes now, I have the PJFT paperwork right in front of me.
