Passed PRMC last week, haven’t got a diary to post but if anyone has any specific questions while they’re preparing or just in the application process then fire them my way, I’ll do my best to answer.

Just the whole of Thursday, Wednesday is straight forward and you should know where you’re at. For the Thursday it’s 95% mental, the only way to prepare for it is hill sprints and beastings until you’ve reached your limit, then pushing on even further. Just keep reminding yourself that it does end at some point.. however far away that might feel at the time ha.

    When is your PRMC?

I think most people find Thursday the hardest part *text deleted*. I do smash hill sprints so I’m fairly confident I will be able push through on the day. & my prmc is on the 24th September, not long.

I was on this one as well :) Also agree Thursday is tough but just keep the goal in mind and you'll be fine.

Decent. Maxed bleep, sit ups and the assault course. Don’t worry too much about stats, they’re important but we lost more people on day 2 mate. Don’t fidget in the gym or you’ll get extra phys and that’ll affect your scores.. oh and keep your feet moving the whole day on Thursday!

    Good luck to you too.

To be honest mate, they were my weaker areas going down. Just keep doing what you’re doing, aim high and put 100% into everything when you’re down there.

Was the swimming test same as before? Swim 4 lengths off the board and dive down and get the brick?

Off the board, one length, one width, one length then straight down for the brick mate.
