Good effort mate! I’ve asked my CA for a couple extra weeks just to do some more practice runs. I practiced the whole thing today and whilst it’s not impossible I just want to get a few extra training sessions in as I never really practiced planks and my shoulders were on fire today going in straight after those press ups.

Compared to PRMC I imagine it’s a walk in the park but it definitely gets a bit naughty half way through round 2.

Just seen this sorry pal. How you getting on?
They send an audio track if you haven't already got it? I downloaded on my phone and played thru a speaker and kept the laptop for the zoom meeting with he Cpl.
As for form there are links also in the email i was sent.

Burpees: go to voice command 1-2-3-4 =1 1-2-3-4= 2 No press ups required just kick legs out t press up position and back up.. arms by side when finished.

Press ups- close elbows prmc standard
Sit ups - prmc standard and supported. (I used my pull up bar on the floor with dumbbells on the ends to hold it down and a cushion on my feet)

Planks : hands together fingers locked so arms from a triangle.

You get a small rest inbetween as you have to listen to the start of the tape for sit ups and press ups so get your breath back there if you need.

Good luck man! see you 1st of June for sure

I’m fine thanks mate. Been cracking the phys during lockdown so hopefully up to standard. I’ve had all the instructions from my AFCO and I’m booked in for the 18th May. Looking forward to it. Fingers crossed I’ll see you down there.

I’ve copied the link mate, but if it doesn’t work it’s on your forearms. Good luck.
