    A supplementary question from me, if I may:

    If Recruits do explicitly agree to publicity do they make an informed decision, having first been briefed on the potential consequences?

    I was thinking more along the lines of career consequences. Some might decide upon a specialisation which requires a more sanitised digital footprint than others.

    Yes I agree with that also, but all risks should be considered
