Run wise I was mixing it up. Maybe a BFT every other week. 5/6 milers steady pace. Then the best session for me which I think helped massively on Thursday was a 3 miler followed by hill sprints and then the same route back best effort.

Do as many bodyweight circuits that you can manage and plenty of practice to the beep. Arnys weighted vest sessions are great.

Also about 6 weeks out I would do a tough circuit then followed by my long hill session. Running when you're already fatigued is something you'll have to get used to

Congrats and thanks for the in-depth prmc diary.
If you don't mind me asking, what were your prmc scores? And what pace per mile were you running your 6 milers?

To be honest mate everyone (myself included previously) asks about scores. The scores are the least of your worries in my opinion. In terms of preparing, you know what you'll need to pass so aim for that but more importantly, get ready to be cold and wet for the week, getting some serious endurance in your legs for the Thursday.

Although if it's just a case of curiosity I think I scored roughly:
    BFT: 9:20
    VO2: 12
    Press ups: 43-45
Sit ups : 50something (weak point)
    Pull ups: 9
Not sure what assault course time I got

Run wise 5-6 miles I'd run steady pace at about 7:30-7:40 I guess

Alot of mobilisation stuff. Jogging. With sprints and body weight exercises thrown in. It will just be alot more intense than your average PE lesson warm up for example
