A lot of my diary was guess work haha Always worth doing though, got so much out of those who did them before my PRMC I thought I had to write one and hopefully helped a few lads out before theirs.

    Congrats on the pass mate.

I might try and give one a crack this weekend. Yesterday will be easy. "26 men walked around looking like they were going to burst into tears everytime they had to stand up and walk somewhere"...*text deleted*

Will take a stab at writing a diary later because I know how much they helped me during the buildup but I agree with the other lads, week was literally a blur to me!

50% pass rate is lower than I thought! Where did most people fall short?

we lost 19 people in the gym. More people than I thought failed the running bleep test. But a lot of people weren't getting the required points

I think it's more about smashing your preparation for it mate. Anyway I've just started writing about day 2 in my diary now so I will get everything posted soon and see what you think

How many failed on beep test? And what sort of repetitions were they getting on press ups, pull ups and sit ups(people who didn't get enough points)

It really ranges from person to person mate, my stats were bleep 12.8 press ups 30 sit-ups 53 and pull ups 9. People who got similar strength exercise stats failed so I'm guessing it was my bleep test score that saved me!
