I'm on this too, can't wait to get down there. Not sure how much fitter you can get in 5 weeks but I'll give it a go! My AFCO said that 80% of fails are on the endurance course, you need to be able to run 8 miles to stand a good chance of completing it. Any other advice given to you guys?

Trying to start a Facebook group for the prmc but I need to know a couple of you on there first. If someone searches me and adds me I can get it started. I'm Tom Mannering, my profile picture is me on a bike.
