Well since passing the PJFT, trying to do everything I really! Ha.
I've managed to drop one working day down to 4 days a week now so I can train that bit harder.
I've just focused on the training tool on the RM site. Just trying to nail circuits and increase by 2 reps each time I train and of course, plenty of running; sprints, jogs, timed runs etc.
How's your's coming along mate?
Hey everyone, is their any chance I could get on this one IF I pass PJFT next week or do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I get one?
Sounds good mate. I'm the same really, working full time so just trying to do as much as possible after work and things. Probably running 5 days a week (sprints, jogs etc). Doing circuits 3 or 4 times and trying to get my legs as strong as possible too.
Not sure to be honest mate. Best speaking to your AFCO after passing pjft. I'm sure it would be fine if you request to be on it and there is space on the course, but like i said, i dont really know.
Going ok, ran a 21 minute 3 mile time happy with that today aiming to get that down to 20 below in the 5 weeks we have left, I'm looking to focusing on leg endurance, as from diaries I have read it is killer on your legs. How is your training going, what sort of routine are you doing?
also what is everyones RMFA scores? pullups? pressups sittups.
Good stuff. Yeh I'm the same mate, really trying to smash my legs as much possible in my sessions ha. I'm running about 5 times a week, with different types of running. Also doing a lot of bodyweight circuits 4 times a week.
Havnt done a RFMA in a while but last time i did i got about 50 pressups, about 75 sit ups and 10 or 11 pulls. Planning to do a mock Wednesday in a week or two to see where I'm at again.
