Well done mate, is a good sign
On this one lads what type of phys are you doing this week keeping it intense or toning it down a bit.
Personally I am hitting it as hard as I can till Thursday, Thursday I will do a mock first day... and train legs after... then rest completely till Saturday, do a BFT and then literally chill on the sofa and stretch
Might do the same I didn't know what to do haha, how you feeling for it?
Guys how do I pm someone on this page ,cheers lee

Guys ,this fb /WhatsApp thing is a great idea ,it helps with that special ingredient called teamwork, at CTC non of you will be strangers, you have got to come together and make sure non of your group wraps, remember its the worlds hardest interview, but by reading what you have to say and your prep, is spot on ,good luck
Jordy..... Mate my lad just showed me what you had written.....if for some strange reason you leave the RM then writing romance books is for you...... I shed a tear *text deleted* .good effort
Hahaha, thank you very much! But i would prefer to be an RM !
So ,gents the time has come , stop dripping about boot brushes ,suit coloiurs and different shades, its the man inside the prmc team want to see ,all I can say is ,positive mental attitude, dig out, give 100%, if they say run ,you sprint, you must work as a team when required, this isn't a job, its a career and life changer, you have all worked hard to be there, a lot of people would give a left bollock to be where you are tomorrow at don't let yourselves down . so men good luck ,god speed and all the very best to you all ,son its what you have wanted grab the opportunity with both hands and do not let go . lee
Good luck lads!!
Good luck all. Seize the day.
Good luck fellas just do everything they say with 1000% and when they say an hour to go on BF remember it's maybe only 20 mins.
If you can stay at the front of the endurance course you work slightly harder but the amount of rest you get really does help.
Good luck lads, I hope you enjoy standing to attention for ages
Eight people have already been sent home, me included.
Seven on the bleep test and one on the pull up test.
Bad luck man, I'm guessing by your signature that you were one of the bleep test guys? Was there no leeway given like we saw with the last PRMC (I.e. some people getting below Level 11 and being being allowed to continue on the course)
