Is there anyone else on this date? I've seen a few people do Whatsapp chats etc, thought I'd have a gander.

I am not actually loaded onto this PRMC, but this is the date I will looking/hoping for.
I was due to undertake mine at the back end of last year but picked up a niggle which caused a minor setback to training.

Will do mate. I’m just waiting to hear back as I am going RMR. There are issues at the minute between who actually books the PRMC. The RMR believe it is the afco, but the afco still believe it’s the RMR

How’s your phys going anyway? You confident for going down there or not?

Good stuff mate. I’m pretty happy with where my running is at the minute (but don’t get me wrong I always want to improve to give a good impression)
I can currently do the 1.5m best effort around 08:48 and been getting some decent long distance runs thrown into the mix as well. Did a 10 mile run yesterday (although it was a flat run on a treadmill) in 74:48
My concern is the body weight exercises. Been reading up loads on here about various techniques/tips for improving so going to hit that hard.
Basically going to test myself of press ups, pull ups and sit ups every Monday, but work all areas mon - fri. Have the weekend off and retest the following Monday. Hopefully see gradual gains.

What sort of times are you getting on your runs and also what you looking like for the Gym assessments? (Pull ups, press ups and sit ups)?

    1.5 mile at 9.22
    3 miler at 21:30
    7-7:30 mm for 4miler
    8mm for above

    Maxing out on pressups
    12 pullups
    55 Sit ups

I don't know what my bleep test score is but I'm going to the Liverpool RMX on the 4th March.

Those scores are spot on. With a steady increase of sit up reps and you are flying. You wouldn’t have too much to go to get a sub 9min either on your 1.5m return.
Think it’s about 9 weeks until this PRMC date, so steady/gradual increase and you are in prime position to certainly score well in the RMFA and comfortably pass the gym assessments.

Worked out I could get a B grade on RMFA, would want to increase me 1.5 miler but I'm taking it slower, feeling a niggle on my right ankle after so much treadmill running for PJFT.

Your cardio is more than on track.

You are doing the right thing mate. After all the comments I’ve read on here, the risk of overtraining isn’t worth it.
You are better taking the running at a steady pace to prevent injury and you will still see good and steady gains.

There’s plenty room for improvement on my behalf buddy, don’t you worry about that ha.
You seem to have your phys in a good position going into the final 9 weeks leading up to PRMC. Got every confidence you will smash it and would like to hear how you got on.
You can also give me some hints/advice as you are the week before me
