I went down the speedo-shorts route, tightest shorts known to man, but they cover both shorts and budgie smugglers, amongst other things

    Nope, we'll be standing out...
Hard to say, bricking it a bit, but excited. Couple of niggles, but pretty much injury free, so should be good to go. Yourself?

I'm a little bit the same mate, I had a hand injury last week which has got better, hurt like hell doing push ups, hoping it's completely away by Wednesday but other than that I'm good.

also not sure about the iron too, but mother gave me a tip, if you roll rather than fold then they should stay wrinkle free

Sad to report I'm one of the causalities on this PRMC :(

Bit of a funny story, we did the BFT on the Tuesday night due to the heat, and did the RMFA and bottom field this afternoon.

Sadly I f'ed up my push ups due to rubbish form - and with the PTI hovering over me he kept deducting points, I think it must have been in the double figures! And with a minute left I got told to stand up. Not sure what I was doing wrong so was pretty gutted. Got a 9 month deferral, when I got told I was finished I wasn't sure if this was the right path for me, but the anger started building up on the train home and I must admit I now want to train harder than ever, go back down in 9 months and f'ing smash it!

Some lads from the forum doing really good, @CannyWait was digging out blind - all the best to you mate! Didn't ask any of you other guys if you were around but good luck!

Anyway all I can say to anyone not gone down to CTC yet is bloody hell! It's really tough guys, and make sure for gym you are doing extremely strict form as I learnt this the hard way.

    Cheers
    MCD

Don't worry about it Mate, I (and I am kicking myself now, for being such a fanny) withdrew partway through bottom field, and was on a train at like half 2...still on it, as it happens. Plenty of time to sit and stew on things... 6 month deferral for me, was just nowhere near my PB's for anything.

Also lost about 20 sit-ups in a row for form... :( Only myself to blame though!

Gutted mate, you will go back in 6 months and smash it but! I'm the same with the gym - the PTI was very strict!

I was the ginge that got all the slagging haha!

That's the plan. Having a couple weeks off for pies first...

That doesn't narrow it down much, there was a couple, all got a slagging!
    What number/colour were you?
