Hey man, my training is going alright, it's been a bit on and off the last couple weeks due to chest infection and the flu, but at least they're out of the way now instead of cropping up the day before prmc. My run times are making good progress but I've been at a plateau with press ups and sit ups for a while, not really got enough time left to make any big improvements so I'm just keeping myself ticking over and saving my big performance for the day I hope, how's yours going?

Yeah I plan to rest a few days before to, been plauged with a knee injury in the months leading up to a few weeks ago which I'm glad I kept quite as it's completely gone now and I'm feeling fairly confident with the upper body aspects as I've focused on that the most and doing 6 mile runs and hill runs a few times a week I've found has helped a lot, my return run and the endurance course I think will be the most challenging on the day but just *text deleted* grit my teeth I guess haha

    My stats are looking like:

    1.5 return - 8:47
    Pressups - 50
    Situps - 65
    Pullups - 9

I'm yet to do a bleep test but at an educated guess I'd put myself at the top end of 11. I don't expect to mirror these stats on the day, but even if I drop a few reps I'm still happy, thursday is the real test!

You should not use your real name as a username - ask a mod to change it for you but be careful how you ask/what you ask for - they can be quite 'inventive'!

If someone gets an higher score than yourself but you both pass the PRMC what advantage do they have for getting an high score if you no what I mean

there is not advantage. In PRMC terms a pass is a pass and its left to that.
