    I've also heard this from the forum but it's not always the case. I know a few lads who get 8.30-9 returns and manage 12.5-13.5 on the Vo2 max.

    I guess it all depends on if you can increase the pace when your legs are tired for a long duration.

    Maybe add a session of Bike work a week along with the vo2 max.
    Start at level 1, keep above 80-90 rpm, go up a level every minite. When you're dropping below 60 start dropping the level every minute.

    Not actually sure, as far as I know day 1 you arrive get your kit and briefing, day two you do 3 mile bleep press up sit up and pull ups then swim tests, day 3 you do confidence course, bottom field and endurance course with a night out on the field so I'm assuming that would be it. Either way, I'm sure we will find out :(

    Black Thursday is the day of the endurance and assault course. You arrive Tuesday, have gym tests on Wednesday then Thursday is the day where they bring the pain, hence 'black Thursday'.

    You should learn the prmc days off by heart and train specifically about them to maximise your fitness around them! Dont forget to revise core events etc

    Ye I'm not to bad with the history just need to remember the prmc days like u say. Mock 3 miler msft n gym test today ;)
