Got Uni exams this week and next also, stressful times, ha
Alright lads. I'm on the 2nd aswell, absolutely buzzing. Any fellow Scots catching the train with me?

I think a facebook groups a good idea. Anyone know how to do that?
I'll be game for getting one set up. Although I'm in talks with my CA about potentially delaying the date by a few weeks due to a training niggle in my groin. Don't want to risk turning up to PRMC with an injury. So if I'm cleared next week I'll get a group up and running!
Cool, I've been getting a pain in my ankle last few, annoying isn't it. Only really hurts in the morning though. Not really sure what to do. Think I'm just going to ignore it.
Thats a pain guys, what sort of pain is it coming from your ankle and groin?
Its my heel really.Possibly plantar fasciitis.
I think it stemmed from some old boots I was wearing with worn out soles.
I've gotten rid of them now and its improving. Like I said, only really hurts in the morning.
Doesn't really effect my running, so I don't think it'll stop me. Was just worried about it getting worse.
But I reckon I'll be there on the 2nd of June.
I've got an exam later on (marketing communications)

Not far for you pal. I live in Highland Scotland (blair Atholl) but will be leaving from Edinburgh, nice wee 8/9 hour train ride haha
That is a long way. Don't envy you. It'll be worth it though

You can afford to have a rest week or just Taylor your training to suit your niggle!
I've got slight shin pain in my right leg so having a week of running and doing a lot of rowing intervals and swimming!.....*text deleted* say it's nice to have a bit of a break from running *text deleted*
Yes I'm hoping to get down for the 2nd. Leaving from Bristol. Nice 1.5 hour journey for me.
Spoke to my CA today and he said it's really easy to push the date back a couple of weeks. So no hassle there.
But he did say, never go down for PRMC and hope to wing it with a potential injury. It just isn't worth it.
I actually hurt my groin rowing on a off day from running funnily enough. I cycle 6 miles to work and back everyday. And I'm swimming for 45 mins every other day. And doing gym tests and HIIT circuits to rest. I'll see how it feels next week. Hopefully I'll be joining you! I'll create a group when I finish work and after the gym and I'll add you all!
Just found this I'm down on the 2nd as well! Heading down from Newcastle so might catch a few of your half way.
