prmc 3miler advice

hi can anyone tell me what the terrain is like on the 3 miler prmc
much uphill?? all road?? any help cheers

prmc = september,there rushing this one. old c!!? well compared to

half country lane....half seriously narrow "road" with grass in the middle because it can only fit one car on *text deleted*, and its mostly downhill on the way there, and slightly uphill most of the way back.

cheers mate, and oh yea keep your eyes on the floor on the *text deleted**text deleted*tly little road, pothole central...and also on the way back when you are overtaking people watch for the ditch, it claimed on bloke on my prmc, ended his prmc on the first test. it also claimed the mini bus!

on my prmc bout 4 people failed i think, 1 guy all the way from fiji!!


1 got injured 3 were just generally too slow

goes to show, failing to prepare is preparing to fail

usually most of the people who fail the course fail on the 3 miler, dont underestimate it, just so happens only 2 or 3 failed on mine, but 2 or 3 where pretty close.
