    My return is 9:44
    Sit-ups: 55
    Press-ups: 42
    Pull-ups: 9
(All done to the beep obviously)
So I've still got a long way to go but they're moving up every week so i think i should be able to max when i get down to lympstone, also i should be able to get that sub 9 minute return if i keep up the hard work.

During each set of gainers are you doing maximum effort or are you making your way up by adding 1 rep to each set every time you train?

I increase a set each day, I do them 4-5 days a week so I don't burn out. So its not a maximum effort, I've been adding one rep to one of the sets each time I train. Its been adding about 3 to my push-ups each week when it comes to test them. They don't work so well with pull-ups so i'd just carry on doing what you're doing because 12 is a good score.

Fingers crossed man, I was stuck on the medical for 5 months, had to do an allergy test privately. was quite expensive like.
you'll need to let me know how you get on. Hopefully we can get put on the same PRMC

Yeah haha i will, you seem like a sound lad so it would be good to be on the same PRMC. I don't have any allergies or anything, the only hold up would be concussions or a back injury from rugby that i got looked over by the doc, but I don't know if its on my records as he said it was fine and would go away when i started exercising lightly again. I hope i'm in that small group of people who manage to get through without any issues..

Yeah, running is my strength so i know ill be alright with that one. I can already pass it now and ive still *text deleted* have my face to face medical first so i should get it down to around the 9 minute mark, maybe slightly under.
