You should get a phone call or email very soon, if you haven't already had one, asking if you feel ready.

I just asked for anything in June or later and got this one. Not sure if this was the next available one or if I was booked onto because I asked for a later one.

Does look like a decent workout and it gets results as well. I'll be following it as best I can, but difficult to fit round work and home life, so I'll be tailoring it a bit.

Have you tried the Fintan circuit on here as well?

Yeah mate it can be hard some days getting it in but aslong as everythings best effort when training its all that can be asked.

They are horrifying aint they haha, starting one a week on the beach with just crawls as of monday an one with sprints on a playing field. then two RM fitness tool circuits.

If you are on a beach with sand dunes would advise doing sprints on them, its tough but good

Yeah best to rest an get it sorted. Injuries are the only thing to date in the process of joining the corps that really piss me off, just part of it i guess!

Hopefully I'll book onto this date lads. PJFT Wednesday morning and the second half of an RMAD in the afternoon so if all goes to plan I'll be asking for this date. Update you on Wednesday!

How many treadmill sessions a week did you lads do Pre-PJFT? I find them personally honking despite knocking down my time when I do the mock every Monday, yesterdays return run was a mental battle for sure haha

Cheers, and I got medical a lot sooner than expected so I've been doing 4 treadmill sessions a week for 2 weeks. When I first joined I did one a week for 2 months and passed fine.

The thing about treadmill is you don't need to be a great runner to get a good score, if you set the treadmill to a fast pace and just stick with it you will be fine
