Hopefully when I pass PJFT Friday I could get a date around this time, mid June early July would be ideal

No doubt there will be places on this PRMC date. I despise the treadmill but as far as I'm concerned the only way I'm failing is if they peel me off the floor after blacking out for pushing too hard!

Passed with a 09:43. Nuffield treadmills really do take a while to speed up! Then went straight into 2nd half of an RMAD this afternoon. Gutted I got 10.6 on bleep, 44 press ups, 56 sit ups, 10 pull ups. But I've asked for this PRMC date now so plenty of time to improve those gash scores!

Shall we look at sorting ourselves a group chat on Facebook? Let's avoid an actual group because of PERSEC but a messenger group would be good.

Felt alright, had time to sprint towards the end. Got a few months to work on it all now.

Lads booked on this date if you inbox me your Facebook profiles (names will do but ideally a link in case multiple people share your name) I will add you and create a messenger group chat.

If you don't have Facebook we will try to keep this thread alive too. It is good to have some familiar faces getting down there and should contribute to a stronger course as lads will be less nervous and help each other out more.

ye sounds exactly the same as me, did just under 9 minutes once but I almost died. Usually between 9:10 and 20. have to say I'm finding it easier to almost max out on pull ups more so than push ups
