1.5 mile return in around 9.20s, only around 35 press ups for some reason even with trying everything in the book I can't seem to improve them..
85 sit ups and 14 pull ups, I'm a bit dogged off with the push ups but considering I've been putting in the time and effort.. how about yourself mate

My 1.5 mile is about the Same press ups is about 40, I have been neglecting my sit ups just recently so this week I will be putting some major effort into them,50 was when I just tried them after not doing them for a while but pull ups are my weakness at the minute weighting at 85kg (not fat just bone *text deleted*) trying to defy gravity is giving me some hassle but I will be training hard this week.

I'm also on the 6th March, around 7-8 pull ups (ik i started a little late stupidly), 40-50 push ups, 70 sit ups. 1.5 mile in 8:30-8:45.

@Ninja_Stoker How come there's 3 PRMCs in 3 consecutive weeks? 27th Feb, 6th March, 13th March?

Thought they're every other week
