I wasn't knocking the trainers, but opening your eyes to the PERSEC fail. How would I know your running distances and your shoes, car, car registration and your running route?

4 lads in 2 days ignoring PERSEC. Not to mention the 7 lads that 1 lad also compromised.

Really need to start looking out for one another folks

Going to keep my training the same as normal this week, try not to change it up too much, plus i want to try and reduce the amount of time it take me to take a dump pre run & stop my hands getting so sweaty on pull ups, slippin' everywhere. Possible?
Todays run was not enjoyable running uphill into gales.
in other news, had my briefing on friday and got my train tickets, at £215 i hope i pass it for there sake. -nailbiting-

Possibly too much information! Perhaps your hands would be less sweaty if you weren't trying to squeeze one out before the BFT? :D
I managed to break 9:08 on the BFT today which i'm really happy about, going to try it again once more and keep up the training as normal until Friday, then get some rest and eat well.

Done a circuit in the gym today felt pretty good and just completed 4 miles in probably the worst weather I've ever run in but happy with the time, had my briefing recently aswell and was given train tickets and when I saw the cost also thought I need to get this right first time for definite! Finish training friday evening and then just keep body ticking over!

Bloody good effort from all the lads on this course, I don't think any of us could even comprehend what we had ahead of ourselves!

No not at all mate, just the pullups. Pressups and situps are done best effort in two minutes.
