When you go to sleep, sleep on your back with your leg hanging off the bed. The natural bend in your knee will reduce the stiffness for the next day, plus it stops you putting body weight on it when you sleep.

So am I! I'm off to the national memorial arboretum with the Mrs today. But phys wise I'll be on a run when I'm at home, long sprinting and then pull ups on the bar in the park. You?

Nice one mate! Thinking about doing a Fintan circuit later tonight, might do 3 sets of 20 reps each exercise

Then again, my body sore from last nights circuit. Left shoulder feels a little funny so I don't really want to take it too far and injure it even more. Might do some hill sprints instead and then do a Fintan tomorrow as a last training session before prmc. What do you lads suggest? Reckon I should go for it tonight or take it easy and see how my body feels in the morning?

Nice one lad! That's a strong time. Think I'm going to do a 1.5 return tonight, nothing massive. Like you said don't want to end up injured this close.

Cracked a good circuit today in the gym lads.
Warm up of skipping and shadow boxing

Circuit: (2 rounds , 2 min rest between rounds 30 secs per ex)

    Heavy bag
    Press ups
    Crunches
    Skipping
    Curls
    Shoulder press
    Pull ups

After 2 rounds of this I then did 3 mins skipping followed by 1 min sit ups 3 x through

    Finisher : tabata hill sprints
3x100m fireman carries with my mate

Calling this my last phys session before prmc now lads doing some stretching tomorow but otherwise just resting and fuelling up.

Good effort lad! I'm abouts to go do a Fintan circuit. Then want to do some fireman carries if I can get hold of my mate. Did you do the circuit and tabata hill sprint separately or did you do them straight after the circuit?

Not bad lad, nice strong last session before prmc. Just got back from my fintan, couldn't get hold of my mate so did some crawls and duck walks to finish off.

Thank you mate! I'm around the 9 minute mark for the return and I run a 6 miler in 40:49, so I'm pretty happy with my cardio, just my pull-ups that I'm not so strong on after my accident.
