Yeah been for a run this morning then climbing/bouldering for like 3 hours, fore arms feel blasted haha. My brother was telling me to practise timed push-ups . Like to beeps like one second down one second up , will make you a lot better at smashing them out quickly apparently. And he said like when your *text deleted* beasted , they make you hold the press-up position for ages which is a killer so I should get used to it haha
I will have to give it a go. Was just a steady 5 mile today. Gona do 6 tomorrow , faster pace. But then I'm in work at 11 and then finish at like 8 , do a circuit after that , and then just rest for the weekend. You know what trains you got to get yet mate ?
You not had your brief no ? I just got separate email. Nah I'm Gona pick them up next week when I go into town. Don't have any ticket machines by me. Well theres few good trails by where I live , lots of ups and downs, so practise on them sometimes. And while still got my gym membership, high incline sprints on the treadmill. The treadmill was my enemy , hated it mate , but makes me so much better at road running.
