How you finding your training coming upto the prmc
Just focusing on bodyweight exercises and different types of running now. Nervous about it but all I can do now is train hard until the course.
I’ve been doing a lot of running and body weight exercises I just need to focus on swimming over the next few weeks as I’m not the strongest of swimmers. I’m nervous about it but all we can do is give 110% and the rest is out of our hands
Good idea, lots of people seem to be failing the BFT on the course so I'm trying to get my time down on that, hovering around 9:50 at the moment which isn't great, I'm better in other areas but hopefully I'll become more all rounded if I stay focused.
Bft was my weakness I failed my pjft twice before I got my arse into gear and it doesn’t seem much of a problem now but I’ll still be training hard over the next week then tone it down for the last week. I think with the right mindset we should pass it
Hopefully, I failed the first PJFT, which was just a kick to train even harder to pass the second, once the adrenaline kicks in when we're down there then we should do better than we think, even so I want to go in giving myself the best chance to pass
I’m the same mate I’ve been training really hard over the past 3/4 months to get my fitness to we’re it is now so hopefully I’ll have made it easier for when I get down there but my careers advisor said it’s not all about how fit you are but it’s about how much you really want it when your there
Definitely, and I know how much I want it so hopefully that will see us through.
You’ll definitely question yourself about how much you want it when you’re hurting, just keep going and remember it’s only a phys session, take each test 1 at a time and don’t overwhelm yourself. Best of luck lads & be confident in your own ability.

How you finding the bft now mate
Still getting around 9:40 on the return, press ups and sit ups have improved though, feeling more confident now, how about you?
Seem to be similar to STE0402 getting around 9:45 mostly, but obviously hoping to to get anything under 9:30 on the day with some digging deep. Hows about you man? You say you were working on swimming?
