    Thanks for the post - I'll hopefully be doing my PRMC in two months.
    Do they still have the corp knowledge test/interview etc? didn't seem to mention it in this post and wasn't sure if it changes for each course-banghead-

    How long do you get between bleep test and gym test? Want to try and replicate this in my training .

    My bleep test was separated in to two groups, so you could get a full rest of a second bleep test before doing gym tests. If you done the second group, they collect everyone's scores, after demonstrations of the form etc, the first group will do their push ups. Either way apart from nerves your heart rate and breathing should be back to normal.
