    Cheers pal and well when I got to Exeter the majority was on the same train but some guys arrived an hour before or after.

    Great set of results there mate, congratulations on passing! Also, it's great to see that you used a simple yet effective workout plan - Some of the plans I've seen on this forum are insanely over complicated! Congrats again and all the best with RT!

    Are the bodyweight exercises not done to a beep anymore?

    Yes they are. I was on this PRMC. There were some good scores

    I trained specially for the test mate I see it as the best way to improve aswell as sprint work for the endurance side so you don't run with jelly legs ;)

    No mate they have stopped that now something to do with needing the equipment for recruits that are in training I think

    Cheers mate, that's good news, definitely won't say no to it being a bit easier haha..did you just get an early night then?
    I did PRMC in 2014 (passed) and we didn't have the night out because the Sergeant wasn't around and the Corporals said it was too much hassle, had an hour long bath instead actually ;)

    Nah mate normal night but had a good few hours chill out with the lads in the room and was allowed to go down the NAAFI which was a dream ;)
