This has probably been answered before,
but I've searched and can't find anything.

I was just wondering how hard PRMC is,
in comparison to the first few weeks of RT?

Is it along the same lines,
tougher,
or a bit easier?

On completion of PRMC you are individually advised which areas you must further develop before starting Recruit Training.

PRMC identifies whether you have achieved the minimum threshold of fitness to start Recruit training so anyone would be ill-advised to think that they can reduce their physical preparations between passing PRMC and starting Recruit Training (RT).

The physical intensity is probably more evenly spread in RT and probably not as intense or condensed as PRMC initially on a day by day basis (remember rest days are equally as important) to allow everyone to achieve a broadly similar level of fitness in order to progress and improve as a troop. The tempo and intensity of the physical aspects will soon condense to a level over and above that of PRMC.
