    Good effort @Breeze2.

Could I ask you to list the sequence of assessments over the two days, please?

Not asking for detail particularly, just wondering which elements are included each day and the running order.

Reason for asking is that there are still overseas candidates from tropical regions, susceptable to NFCI. Not so long back the overnight field exercise was introduced (and subsequently withdrawn) to give future recruits a taster of what some training elements largely involve - ie: living outdoors whatever the weather.

Nice one dude, you mind if I ask what weight you are currently sitting at? What did you feel was the average performance on PRMC?

Thank you very much, yeah so on the Wednesday we had the rmfa in the morning which started with the bleep test, then press ups, sit ups and finished with pull ups. Then we had a brief about specialisations followed by lunch then the BFT run straight into the swim test. The rest of the day was then admin and food mainly. Thursday kicked off with the confidence test, then the assault course and then the bottom field determination test. We broke for scran and then straight to Woodbury common for the endurance test. Once back at CTC the evening again was mainly just food and admin. We didn’t spend a night out in the field during our week. We did have two overseas lads on the course one from Fiji and one South African and they both passed which was good to see.

Cheers pal, I’m around 75/76kg which was the average weight for most of the blokes on the course. We had a pretty strong course and only lost 10 lads by the end so the average performance seemed to be pretty decent in the gym, quite a of the lads either maxing or close to maxing out the gym tests and then getting good run times on the bft

In a sick sort of way the endurance course, not for really what we did but just that feeling after completion was unbelievable. But some elements of the endurance course were quite fun

What time did you get on the assault course? Heard one lad got 22 points on the first day but got sent home for failing to do the assault course in time.

Well done @Breeze2 great effort from all lads last week. Unfortunately I got sent home after assault course after 22 points on day 1! Glad to see you dug deep and completed the course. All best for RT.

What was it about the assault course you struggled with out of interest?

I reckon I just overthought how I was going to get over each obstacle instead of attacking them one by one. I didn’t at any stage believe that I was over the time but I was 13 seconds over and that sucks!

What were your scores to get 22 points?

Unlucky for being sent home man. Are you going to try again?

Yes I’ll be phoning tomorrow and hopefully getting some indication of when I can back. I think it will be early April.

Good lad. Stay positive mate, you’re clearly capable! We might end up on the same one, mines towards the end of April!

I'd be surprised if they made you wait long, your fitness is obviously on point, you just need to gain competence/confidence with the obstacles.
