Hi all, I have below a plan of my current training plan for my PRMC which will be in Jan / Feb 2020. Would appreciate it if you can have a look and tell me if anything I need to add or remove!



Monday,
3 mile (1.5 mile 12m30s + 1.5 mile best effort ) or VO2 Test
Press Ups (using 100plan)
Sit Ups
Pull Ups
Physio

Tuesday,
1.2km x 2, 120s rest
StrongLifts 5 x 5 + accessories
Physio

Wednesday,
Swimming
Physio

Thursday,
5 mile
Press Ups (using 100plan)
Sit Ups
Pull Ups
Physio

Friday,
StrongLifts 5 x 5 + accessories
Swimming
Physio

Saturday
30s on / off x 20 or Hill Sprints
Press Ups (using 100plan)
Sit Ups
Pull Ups
Physio

Sunday,
Swimming
Physio

Days off are hugely important, so I'd scrap one of those swimming days for just a physio/recovery day personally.
Looks pretty tasty otherwise though!
As long as you're testing and seeing an improvement with your scores/times and making sure you stay nimble and injury-free, then crack on!
